30+
years in construction and property maintenance
K&K Properties & Services Inc. is led by John. He brings over 30 years of construction and property maintenance experience to the work, and K&K describes what that experience means in three phrases: hands-on knowledge, disciplined service, and reliable workmanship. His commitment to quality, attention to detail and customer satisfaction is meant to see each project finished with care and professionalism.
Hands-on knowledge, disciplined service, and reliable workmanship.
The company is veteran owned and operated. It is managed and staffed by veterans, and it is veteran employed and insured. That line is on the sign painted on the trucks, and the phone number beside it is John's. When you call, you are calling the person the company is led by.
K&K takes on dependable property maintenance and emergency repair for homeowners and businesses. Tree and stump removal comes first, and the same crew handles brush removal, chipping, trimming, roof repair, rubber roofing, painting, power washing and gutter cleaning. Storm-damaged roofs and fallen trees get an answer 24/7. In K&K's own words: “Tree and Stump Removal for Nearly Any Budget” and “Reliable Property Care from Experts.”
Estimates are free, and many jobs can be priced remotely from the project details, so a photo of the tree texted to (717) 884-2572is often enough to start. K&K puts the invitation this way: “Better yet, see us in person!” If John needs to look at the job himself, he will tell you.
The two trucks
These are K&K's own trucks.
The white bucket and chip truck, and the black pickup with the door open. Both carry the same K&K Stump & Tree Removal sign, so the truck that pulls into your drive is the one in these photos.
